How Buyers Found the Home They Purchased
Just like car manufacturers and cereal companies, we study consumer behavior to determine the best places to market your home for sale. The world is changing and so has the way that buyers search for homes. In fact, in 2001, buyers found their home on the Internet just 8% of the time - today it is about 48% of the time.
Most of the time, real estate agents send their buyers homes for sale via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on the Internet. So, adding 28% (real estate agent) and 50% (Internet) means that about 78% of all buyers found their home online. Also, 93% of buyers say they used the Internet throughout their search.
We spend countless hours researching the latest trends in real estate marketing so we can promote your home to the most buyers.
