Most of the time, real estate agents send their buyers homes for sale via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on the Internet.  So, adding 30% (real estate agent) and 48% (Internet) means that about 78% of all buyers found their home online.  Also, 95% of buyers say they used the internet throughout their search.
