Sirena is keenly aware of the temperature of the marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Helping others find the right home in the right location at the right price has always been a priority of Sirena. There are several important considerations that must be taken into account when searching for a home for the future based off of a buyer’s needs and priorities. Sirena works closely with her clients early in the process to understand those specific needs, narrowing the scope of the search, avoiding the wasting of client time and effort. When representing a seller Sirena works hard to ensure the seller has an enjoyable and successful selling experience. She enjoys working in a professional team environment, offering guidance on how to properly stage, decorate and photograph properties to attract prospective buyers. Sirena’s career in real estate began in 2002. First-year results at Re/Max Space Center in Houston, Texas, qualified her to join the “100%” club. Results the second year brought recognition as being a top listing agent for the southeast Houston area. Having grown up in a family accustomed to doing “hands-on” work with their own home, including building from the ground up, Sirena has always had an interest in the housing market. Her father was a carpenter and, from a young age, Sirena learned the importance of quality construction. Married, she and her husband Jerry, are the proud parents of two children, Dakota Meyer, a nurse, and Colton Collins, a junior at Georgia College where he is majoring in business/economics (and basketball).
