4475 Spring Mountain Lane is perfect for entertaining and features a huge backyard, tons of closet space, and gorgeous vaulted ceilings in all of the bedrooms! We wondered what it’s like to live in such a wonderful home! Here is what our sellers had to say:
Our home has a wonderful level front and backyard. The back yard is surrounded by a 6ft privacy fence. The rear of the yard is professionally landscaped to create a very private natural buffer. There is new sod in the backyard and the north side of our home. This backyard is perfect for entertaining with its huge open spaces.
The home is only 6 years and the exterior and driveway were recently professionally pressure washed. The garage door has updated hardware. Our favorite aspect of the exterior of the home is the quaint front porch. We love to spend the afternoon and evening on our front porch swing.
There are upgraded stainless steel appliance throughout. The garage is set up and lined for a 2nd refrigerator with a water system. We have also added a 3rd water spigot.
First Floor Features: One of the things that we love the most about this home is the openness of the living space downstairs. We love that we can watch the kids play in the living room while we prepare meals in the kitchen. There is such a great flow for entertaining as well. The carpet in the living room and formal dining room has been recently updated. We have added a gorgeous back splash in the kitchen, as well.
Second Floor Features: The master suite was one of the biggest selling points when we purchased this house. We LOVE the master bath and closet; there is plenty of space and a dual vanity. The sitting room in the master is the perfect place to relax and wind down. We use the fourth bedroom (the biggest of the secondary bedrooms) as a bonus room. Another thing that we love is that the laundry is upstairs! It definitely makes doing laundry for a family of 4 much easier! There is also tons of closet space and storage throughout the home.
There are only 84 homes in our neighborhood, allowing everyone to meet each other. On top of that, the neighborhood is diverse and friendly, the pool is HUGE and never crowded. It's quiet with a nature buffer on all sides. Close proximity to Kroger and CVS.
Powder Springs is a great city to live in, wonderful schools and a growing community.
Some of our favorite restaurants include Viva Mexico and Marcos Pizza which are both a mile away, Otters Chicken in the West Cobb Avenue, and Chick-fil-A.
We love to go walking/running at Lost Mtn Park, which is right up Lost Mtn Rd.
We're active in the community, our children go to the McEachern Methodist Pre-K program.
We also like to go hiking/walking at Kennesaw Mountain.
Our gym is in Hiram, only 15 min drive away but it has childcare included in the membership which is a huge perk.
In Powder Springs you're 45-60 min from Atlanta, 90 min from the Great Smokey Mtns, and 30 mins from Lake Allatoona.
We're avid boaters and enjoy camping at Red Top Mtn too.
