We love that all of the maintenance is taken care of by the HOA!
Our newly painted door is visible from the street, and the front of the home recently received new paint! The water system in the yard and leading to the home was just updated by the HOA this past month, which left a couple brown grass patches in the yard. Overall though, the updates will be beneficial! We have a nice amount of separation from other units; the condos don’t actually share a wall because each unit is separated by a storage unit.
We love that the master suite is separated from the additional bedrooms by the family room! We have a completely private bath for the master and a large second bath that is used by the other two bedrooms. All of the rooms have ceilings fans installed to help beat the summer heat! The living space has an open concept, meaning the dining, living, and kitchen area are all connected, which is actually perfect for entertaining!
We have access to a pool, tennis courts, and a playground! Also, the HOA hosts several gatherings a year that we love attending.
There are several restaurants close to our home in just a mile radius! We love Capers and Mountain biscuit, which is located by Kennesaw Mountain. There is something available for everyone; also, we have a new retail development being built just half a mile away from us that will have a Whole Foods!
The Kennesaw Mountain National Park has numerous hiking trails and recreation areas. There are several parks nearby for the children, and a couple different movie theatres are within a 2-mile radius. Several gyms are located nearby as well, including the Kennesaw Recreational Center. We also love having close proximity to all of the shopping in Kennesaw, as well as Marietta Square!
