The Yard and Exterior
Our yard is very low maintenance on grass cutting. The yard requires only a small number of trimmings each year to maintain a beautiful lawn. We have a wonderful privacy fenced in back yard. The huge deck is great for entertaining and family gatherings.
The roof was replaced about 3 years ago with a 25-year shingle. The home has a low maintenance three sided brick. The exterior was painted a couple of years ago.
The First Floor
We absolutely love the open floor plan on the main floor. The kitchen his highly functional and open to the breakfast nook with bay window and Grand living room. The living room boasts an 18 feet high coffer ceiling creating fantastic openness. There are five high up oval designer windows in the grand living room that lets wonderful natural light into the room. The home is very bright, well lit and gives off a very cheerful and uplifting feeling. We also are crazy about the fancy trim/moldings work on the main floor. The home is very well built.
The Second Floor
The second floor has updated bathrooms, great master bedroom with trey ceiling/upgraded lighting. His/Her closets and nice sized bedrooms. Closets have built in organizers.
Brentwood Park subdivision is a fantastic subdivision. The people who live here are very friendly, and the homes and yards are always well maintained. The neighborhood is very safe and walker and child/pet-friendly. The homeowner association is well run and offers social events and parties throughout the year. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
One of the fantastic things about Brentwood Park is its strategic location. It is very close to two Publix grocery stores, and numerous restaurants and Shopping centers on Sandy Plains, Piedmont, and Johnson Ferry Roads. Very close to interstate 75 and downtown Marietta is just a few miles away. Everything is so convenient in this fabulous location.
We enjoy the community pool house/tennis courts which are a very short walk and Whitaker Park is
just down the road. The school system is highly rated.
