Beautiful home in popular swim/tennis community just minutes away from the West Cobb Avenues! This home has several updates which include a finished basement, new roof, hardwood floors, updated kitchen, and more! We wondered what it's like to live in such a wonderful home. Who better to tell us than the seller? Here's what they had to say about
209 Hunters Crossing:

The privacy in the backyard is amazing!  The large, over-sized deck sits high, surrounded by trees and feels like your in your own personal treehouse.  I love sitting out on the deck listening to the birds chirp and watching the wind blow.  Behind the large fenced in area there is a creek that is fun to explore or listen to after the rain comes through. The home's exterior features a newer roof with architectural shingles.

The large, open great-room that opens to the kitchen is a favorite area for gatherings.  The 3 inch wood floors are an upgrade from the standard 2" boards that the builder originally installed.  The quartz counter tops are classy without requiring maintenance.  The pendant lighting over the island improved the look from the original florescent light fixture. There is a half bath on the main floor which is perfect when having guests over so they do not have to go upstairs.

The second floor overlooks the great room and  is my favorite feature of the upstairs. There are 3 secondary bedrooms upstairs and a full bath in the hall. All secondary bedrooms have ample closet space & are nice sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious as well and has high trey ceilings.  Another feature I love about the upstairs is the large master bath! I has a big garden tub, separate shower, dual vanity, separate water closet and a large walk-in closet! That has truly come in handy!

The basement is huge and  can become a blank slate that can be so many things.  We have used part of the area as a wood shop and then converted it to a workout room when our hobbies changed. It could also be used as a playroom or rec room depending on your needs. The full bathroom on the basement level provides privacy for guests that stay. There is an office in the basement with double french doors, but that could easily be turned into a guest room. There is tons of storage space in the basement and the current room that is a workshop can easily be converted to whatever you choose! The basement walks out to the fenced backyard which is also nice for pet-lovers when hanging out in the basement!

The neighborhood pool is a wonderful location to hang out with friends.  The pavilion at the pool is beautiful and provides an escape for the direct sun when needed.  The subdivision has had movie nights at the pool in the past which are fun.

I love the proximity to Cobb and Hiram.  Any direction you turn out of the subdivision gets you to where you are going quickly.  We have had wonderful teachers at the local school.  My neighbors have been supportive beyond measure the decade I have lived here.
